MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITION

All members must agree to maintain the RCDP Terms and Conditions. RCDP works under the umbrella organization ICESSCO ( a Provincially Registered Non For Profit Organization )

RCDP members will follow the commitment below:

​

  1. All members should be respectful to other members and their ideas.

  2. Ensure to be courteous and pleasant while debating on any issue

  3. All members should treat others as team members and extend help whenever required.

  4. All members should be dignified and work towards the improvement & development of the organization.

  5. Members should give the highest priority to the activities and advancement of the Puja.

  6. Members should take the responsibility assigned and let the committee or board know in advance of any issue of concern.

  7. All members are expected to take initiative and contribute their thoughts, ideas, vision, etc for the advancement of the event

  8. Any act of defamation of the organization is strictly prohibited. Members are not allowed to discuss any topics or concerns related to RCDP events outside the core committee of RCDP or the Board of ICESSCO.

  9. Disclosing any confidential information to the third party will be considered as a serious offense.

  10. For all members and their families RCDP activities are to be treated on the highest priority, in case of any doubt members should consult the board members and take written permission to avoid any complicacy.

  11. All members and their families should be careful to avoid any situation that leads to a conflict of interest.

  12. Failure to adhere to RCDP rules and regulations, a member may face severe consequences including suspension or revoking the membership.

  13. A member can resign from the RCDP at any time. He/She should allow up to one month to be relieved by the Board subject to handing over all his/her responsibilities, and documents and clearing his/her dues.

  14. Act in accordance with all laws, rules and regulations established by Municipal, Provincial and Federal governments.

  15. Membership shall be completed upon payment of the membership fee, which is $150 per family or $80 per single adult. Membership fees are non-refundable.   

  16. RCDP members do not get a voting right for the committee.

  17. RCDP Membership does not give access to other activities by ICESSCO other than the cultural events (mostly but not limited to Durga Puja, Holi, Saraswati Puja & RCDP members' meets ).

  18. ICESSCO By-Laws are applicable to RCDP members.
